But what does it take to move abroad?

Every country, whether European or non-European, adopts ad hoc measures to allow tourists to enter. We recommend that you consult the specific itinerary page on our website and Viaggiasicuri.it, the official website of the Farnesina.

And to return to Italy?

List rules

Italy has divided the countries into different lists (the ones that interest us are: LIST C, LIST D and LIST E). Depending on where they are listed, there are several measures to be respected when returning to Italy. We always recommend consulting viaggiosicuri.it and the measures of each individual country, specified in each travel itinerary.

Why does AiLoveTourism have active trips to E-list countries?

  • the current DPCM is in force until March 15, nothing prevents you from planning trips even in the countries on list E;

  • the countries you see on this page are all open for tourism, all you need is a Green Pass;

  • the package that WeRoad sells does not include the plane, leaving the traveler free to arrive from any airport in the world. Furthermore, WeRoad has offices in Spain and Great Britain where it is absolutely legal to leave for tourism in all these countries.

TRAVEL IN ITALY

    From 10 January to 31 March access to:

    • Hotels and other accommodation facilities;

    • Means of public transport (planes, trains, ships and ferries used for interregional transport services, buses, cable cars, cable cars, chair lifts)

    • Conferences, congresses, festivals, fairs;

    • Celebrations resulting from civil and religious ceremonies;

    • spas (except essential services for rehabilitation and therapeutic purposes), cultural, social and recreational centres, theme and amusement parks;

    And allowed only to subjects in possession of a Strengthened Green Pass.

    The Green Pass obligation strengthened does not apply to flights (and in general to transport) international but only to flights connecting Italian cities (national flights, for example Rome – Milan).

    How do you get the Enhanced Green Pass?

    It is obtained following vaccination, recovery or a single dose of vaccine following recovery if:

    • you have two doses of vaccine (or 1 dose if Johnson & Johnson vaccine or following recovery from covid-19), and the second dose was administered in the last 9 months; recovered from covid-19 in the last 6 months; the third dose/booster dose has been received.

    • And on a practical level? You don't need to do anything, the QR code will remain the same as the basic green pass, the reading mode of the verification app will change.

    NB Remember that a certificate confirming the administration of the first dose of the two-dose vaccine (second dose awaiting administration) however, it is not sufficient for the purpose of entering Italy from abroad. For more information on the Green Pass: https://www.dgc.gov.it/web/
