You can reserve your seat by paying only the 30% of the total amount of the trip. You can pay the rest before departure: we will send you an email to remind you to pay the amount of your reservation.
If you change your mind and choose not to leave again, you can receive a full refund of your reservation at no additional cost up to 16 days before departure.
Has your cousin decided to get married in a month? Is your cat sick? If you change your mind for any reason, you can get a refund of the entire amount you paid, without having to pay any extra, as long as it is 16 days before departure.

Cash refund
If you cannot leave due to local law, or if after your booking a regulation comes into force that prevents expatriation or access to the destination, you can request a cash refund of the amount you paid.
Reprotection on another shift
If you can't leave due to a positive swab, you can receive a voucher or change your departure date.
