Nothing could be simpler: look for the group on Facebook (or click here), send the registration request (to find out about your passions and your tastes in the travels presented, you can answer the entry questions, we are pleased!) and you will be promptly inserted within our community! You can start looking for your future travel companions by posting or replying to existing posts.
The Destination Manager is a skilled traveler with experience and the one who has created and edited the "tourist history": he will be available in case of any eventuality and will have to manage all the logistical issues (travel, timetables, structures, meeting points, etc.) so you can enjoy the journey without worries! You will get to know him by creating the WhatsApp group about 15 days before departure: it will be the time to ask all the pre-departure questions and get to know the rest of the group better!

Travel and facilities
Take a look at the itinerary, study it by heart, but keep in mind that during excursions the true master of decisions is time. The guide will be able to indicate which direction and excursion is best to do and when.
Remember to let us know your allergies or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
If a specific time is not indicated in the description of the itinerary on day 1, the group generally meets in the afternoon of the first day of travel, in the hall of the first structure that will host you (approximately around 6/6.30 pm * - local time). If the flight has different times than indicated by us, no problem, you can arrange the meeting with your coordinator. Our advice? Arrive at your destination in the early afternoon so as to be able to reach the structure calmly. For example, if your trip starts on February 7th, we recommend that you arrive at your hotel in the early afternoon on February 7th. 😉 Directly in the structure (unless otherwise specified by the coordinator) you will meet (in person) the coordinator and all your travel companions! Transportation from the airport to the property is not included in the package. Once the whole group is assembled, you will receive more information about the itinerary, the common fund and the planned activities.
* The actual meeting time is decided group by group together with the coordinator also based on the needs of your travel companions. It will be possible to discuss it all together when the coordinator creates the WhatsApp group 15 days before departure.
Absolutely yes! Once you have booked your trip, we will ask you via email to send us a photo or PDF of your passport (front/back), so that we can proceed with the reservations of the facilities or internal transfers. Should you be of Italian nationality, you will be asked for a valid identity document.
The list of facilities will be communicated to you 5 to 3 days before the departure date, together with other useful information for your trip. In general, we always rely on structures that are as local as possible, avoiding the big hotel chains, precisely because we like to experience the culture of the place. The same standard (hotel category) is always guaranteed for each shift in the same destination.
The rooms we choose can be double, triple, quadruple based on the destination and availability. Depending on the type, they may have supplements. A single room, depending on the situation, will have a cost increase compared to accommodation in a double or triple room.
The single room has an additional cost which you can find, if available, directly on the website by selecting the departure you want. The price of the single type is per room, for example, if you are traveling as a couple, and the price shown for the supplement is €350, it will be the price for both, i.e. €175 each
How AILoveTourism travels/stories work
Unfortunately not, at the moment our itineraries are not "animal-friendly" and therefore it is not possible to bring our friends on a trip with us. But, it is not said the last , in the Future …
I have to reveal to you: at the beginning, we decided to give the definition of Nerd Tourist. But, this definition seems to have its own “strange” meaning . In essence, a Geek Tourist is someone who has a passion that inflames every cell. Anyone who loves not only discovering the news, but also being the protagonist. We want to silently remind you that each proposed trip/story is the result of a study using Data Science and our innovative Territory study system: ENVIRONMENTAL DATA MINING.

AILoveTourism is a Tour Operator that organizes group trips of around 8 to 15 people who share a passion for one or more topics. Most of the travelers leave on their own, accompanied throughout the journey by a coordinator, in order to fully appreciate the chosen destination. Which version do we like? AILoveTourism is you. In this way you will be able to choose the company, departure airport and any stopovers in complete autonomy. The traveler who chooses AILoveTourism often has an autonomy of his own. There are those who have wider travel time windows; those who decide to continue the journey on their own; who has particular flight stopovers … we are Geek Tourists, therefore, flexibility is a mantra.
Each package is different and therefore may include various elements. For the convenience of every Geek Tourist, who only has to think about inhaling emotions, we try as much as possible to have lunches (some light due to time constraints) and dinners included; obviously transfers; excursions with briefing and de-briefing, 24H on-site assistance. On the description page of each trip you will find a detailed list of what is included (and excluded) from the trip fee.

Your passion is this topic. How can we get these Stories, often never totally reconstructed? … that's it. Imagine any landscape or Territory as a multi-layered carpet. These layers contain very different Stories. Stories settled in Time and Space. How to rebuild them? Answer: with territorial DATA. Through Data Science and Artificial Intelligence techniques, bring to light a thousand events and correlate Peoples and Past Life Stories. We have created a scientific system to untangle these layers and these Stories. A scientific method that can be reproduced anywhere: ENVIRONMENTAL DATA MINING.
ENVIRONMENTAL DATA MNING
Our ultimate goal is to obtain content (stories) that are the basis for experiential tourist packages. The common basis of the survey will be the use of Data Science techniques; the Data will be the reference unit particle.
1) Being databases, the methodologies must be protocolable, scalable, reproducible.
2) The data will concern a territorial area chosen by us for this purpose. The territory examined will be, in a broad sense, "scanned". All types of data will be taken into consideration.
3) To implement this type of deconstruction-reconstruction of the territory through data, we used an original working technique.
4) A method, reproducible, scientifically certified and scalable. We have called this type of investigation: ENVIRONMENTAL DATA MINING.

Precisely, because your journey is similar to a small documentary, book reading, TV series or film, we have adopted the system of Genres; if you want, you can also define them as categories. When you stream your favorite movie , Genre is the first filter of choice . For example, the Stories/Travels of the Romantic genre , will have as their theme events connected to lovers and places where deep love has been experienced . First of all, we use diviner rods too 🙂 . Seriously. Data are the most effective means to understand the cause and effect principle of human and natural behaviors. To book an exclusive trip for a corporate team instead, you need to write an email to info@ailovetourism.com or contact lucio@ailovetourism.com💡💡
and you book a trip 31 or more days from the departure date, you can split the payment into two parts: a deposit, equal to €100, to be paid by credit or debit card, and then the balance, to be paid within 30 days of the departure date by bank transfer or credit or debit card. If you book a trip less than 30 days before the departure date, you will have to pay the total amount by credit or debit card. For example, if you book a trip for €800 3 months before departure, you can pay €100 immediately by credit card and then the balance of €700 within the following two months (before 30 days after departure). 🎯

Start close means that we are very close to reaching the quota of participants necessary to confirm the shift. Of course, the rush to book a trip could guarantee your presence; otherwise, see you next round.
Created means that the Story/Journey is planned but has not yet reached the minimum number of participants to confirm departure. In this case you can book your seat immediately, so the shift will be confirmed as soon as possible! If the trip you have chosen does not reach the minimum number of participants, we can offer you an alternative departure or you can choose to receive a full refund of the amount paid.
Waiting list means that the shift is very close to sold-out and for organizational reasons we can no longer accept online bookings: you will therefore have to contact us and, after checking availability, we can proceed with the booking.
